Regional Manager 2

Operating duty：

1. more than 5 years sales experience; have a certain understanding of the mechanical processing, cutting process, metalworking fluid application, familiar with the product application market, with independent sales ability and team management ability;
2. responsible for the sales representative in the jurisdiction of the relevant business development, to guide the market direction and market forecast;
3. assist in the jurisdiction of the sales representative for key customers, customer visits, and actively lead the sales representative to carry out business, to solve the key problems in the work;
4. responsible for resolving the sales representative in the jurisdiction of the relevant sales problems, and is responsible for communication and coordination with the company;
5. leading the team to carry out daily work, conduct random checks at any time;
6. responsible for sales representatives to carry out the relevant sales experience, sales skills training, improve the sales representative of their own business level and ability to work;
7. responsible for the completion of the regional sales target.
8. Good command of spoken and written English, and report to the superior.

Capability requirement:

1. education: Bachelor degree or above;
2. age: 28-45 years old, male and female;
3. Major in chemical or mechanical engineering, at least 5 years sales management;
